Family Owned Business

Founded in 2005 by Dan and Julie Ihara, the Ihara Team was born from a passion to serve our community, especially seniors, in finding safe and comfortable living environments. Over the years, our commitment to excellence and heartfelt service has only grown stronger.

In 2020, we were delighted to welcome the next generation into the business, with their sons James and Randy Ihara joining the team. Their fresh perspectives and dedication have enriched our family dynamic, helping us better serve our clients.

Today, our team has grown to 22 dedicated members, each considered part of our family. At the Ihara Team, we believe in treating every client like family, offering personalized, compassionate service that goes beyond the transaction.

We started out with attending their different workshops on real estate investing, including the one on 1031 Exchanges. When the time came to exchange a duplex for a condominium, we engaged "The Ihara Team". They patiently worked with us to locate a condominium that fit our desired location and also within our budget. The Ihara Team is top notch! When we were moving to Hawaii, we came from Germany. Buying a home is hard enough; trying to buy a home from a different continent and 12 time zones apart only complicates the matter. The Ihara Team made the process easy! Phone calls, Zoom call, etc.; they were accessible whenever we needed to chat. Once we came on island, they would pick us up at our hotel and drive us to homes. They helped us through the buying process and within 10 days we had an offer down on a home and ultimately that home became the home we moved into. It’s beautiful and exactly what we wanted.
